The board of directors is elected each year at the annual meeting (Jan/Feb). Any homeowner can run for a spot on the board. Terms are one year in length.

Water is based on the city of Meridian's schedule - Approximately mid-May and into October
The best time to water your lawn is before 10am, but not in the middle of the night. Please water on an even/odd schedule. If your address is an even number, only water on even numbered days, odd number on odd days. This ensures enough water pressure for everyone.
Snow removal in the subdivision is the responsibility of the homeowner. All sidewalks are to be kept clear. The city of Meridian does street plowing depending on their availability.
Please keep any drains clear so the snowfall and runoff can escape.
